Hi, I'm Herve! After 10+ years in the corporate world of Paris, I recently bought this amazing beach house to design my life closer to nature, around France's best surf and its friendly community. With this house, I want to share the Hossegor lifestyle and the community. Everyone who lives here stays for one month or longer and works remotely. This beautiful six-bedroom contemporary villa is located at literally the best spot in Hossegor. Cross one sand dune for two minutes and you're at the beach.
From the wooden deck of the house, you can not only see the lush olive trees in the garden but also the dunes of the beach. Since the deck surrounds the house, depending on the time of the day, there's always a nice place to sit and soak up some sun. If it's a really sunny day, a dip in the pool during your afternoon break will be nicely refreshing.

Our Coworking Space
Each private room of the villa contains a small desk so you can get those calls and meetings in without any disturbance. If you want a more social coworking atmosphere, we have a huge beautiful living room with lots of natural light. Get your work done here from the shared coworking table.
For a more mellow vibe, you can work from one of the plenty of comfy spaces around the house.
On top of the above, the villa also has lots of different places outside where you can sit and work if you like the fresh air. If you're done for the day, the patio is the perfect spot for cracking open a cold after-surf beer.

Hossegor is the laid back surf capital of France and the 'promised shore' of incredible beach breaks. Within a 20 minute drive, you have more than ten different high-quality surf spots.
Due to an underwater canyon that channels the water towards the coastline, the surf around here is punchier than at other French surf spots.
The closer to the winter it gets, the gnarlier the wave gets. So if you're a beginner, you should probably consider coming by during the warmer months of the year. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the house, so you can easily get there by foot.
We're happy to connect you with a local surf school for lessons, surf photography, or to rent a wetsuit and a board when you're here. Group surfs happen organically.

For 2024, we currently have availability from October 21st. Join us for some Autumn waves in Hossegor 🌊🙂
For 2025 we have availability from 1/1/2025 - 15/5/2025 (check-out), 13/6 - 5/7 (check-out) and 12/9 - 31/12.
All rooms are bright, clean, have their own private bathroom, and a desk. The minimum length of stay is 7 nights.
Discounts (just select your dates in the calendar, and they will show :) ):
• 28% discount for stays of 14+ nights
• 43% discount for stays of 28+ nights
After you've made your booking request, I will reach out to you to collect 40% more for your deposit. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon arrival.

How to get here
Hossegor is located in the very Sout-West tip of France, close to Spain. The closest airport to Hossegor is Biarritz (BIQ) Airport which is 24 km away. From there, you can rent a car, take a bus, a shuttle, or a taxi! The house is easy to find from Google Maps, and is only a few minutes walk from the nearest bus station, in case you're arriving by bus.
