We are a community of entrepreneurs, digital nomads, or just people who prefer to get out of the house to work in an inspiring environment.

The Surf near Jeffreys Bay, South Africa

As a surf destination, JBay is world-famous. When it's on during the winter months (May - September) you get a 300 meter, world-class wall of perfection.

All though it may be a bit easier for you to make the most out of JBay if you're an advanced surfer, beginners are of course also welcome and there are plenty of surf schools around.

As far as the best time to go, if you're looking for the biggest waves, winter is your safest bet. The summer offers a bit smaller waves and windier conditions, but there are usually waves at any time of the year.

Sweeping ocean views, large open living areas, dedicated office space with high-speed WiFi, 2 minute walk from the beach - just the perfect location for the ultimate work/surf-cation!

Stayed here for two months and loved it! The house is stunning, clean and really well run. Its a two minute walk to some of the best waves in the world, and the nearby shops and restaurants mean you don't really need a car. And the area is really safe too. Would highly recommend.

To be honest, everything about Jbay Coliving is perfect : the villa (wooh), the rooms, the people (like WOOH), the view, the confort, the spaces, the family diners, the quietenest, the peaceful, the sound of the wave, the outside shower, the surf board garage, the parking.. everything. And Jbay is just as fantastic, everything about Jbay is great ! You will feel home and will love it here since the first second you will step here. In one word: incredible. Stay here, you will not regret it! I was lucky enough to stay at Jbay coliving two times, once in september & october and once in april & may. Both stays were the amazing. The house has everything you need (and more). The best views, spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a clean kitchen, lovely hosts that can tell you everything you'd like to know about jbay, surfboard storage, a coworking space in the house and an office where you get to work with the locals in town, free bikes, free communal dinners and the best people. How to get here

JBay is renowned not only for some of South Africa's best surf, but the best surf in the world. Our Coliving House is steps away from the famous surf spot of Super Tubes, and close to 10 spots that offer surf for all levels! The Coworking space is also a right on our main beach where you can swim, catch some sun rays in your lunch break and is also a beautiful beginner and intermediate surf spot. The closest airport to Jeffreys Bay is Port Elizabeth International Airport (PLZ / FAPE). From there, you can take a 50 minute (87 km) shuttle to the center of JBay.
