Coliving with us in Peniche
We have two gorgeous properties (yes, home) with amazing working spaces, but our real value lies in bringing together like-minded people to share experiences, laughter, thoughts and food with while pursuing your own (pipe)dreams. Recharge, unwind and be inspired in a place where the beaches run for miles. The surf is pretty epic, too.

The living room can be used as further workspace with a huge comf sofa and table for additional breakout space. Feel free to stick some background entertainment on our huge TV (which could also be used for presentations).

The Surf near Peniche, Portugal
We're located a 10 to 15-minute walk to the nearest beach, 20-25 min walk from the main Baleal beaches of Peniche which caters to all swell directions, tides and wind. Coliving here in Peniche, Portugal is ideal if you're into surfing or just learning.
Take on the famous 'supertubos' on a big swell, enjoy the white water at Baleal or just investigate some quieter peaks close to the property in Ferrel. All conditions are catered for here. A rental car is useful to get the most out of everything, including day trips to Ericeira or Lisbon but Baleal, Lagide and the local spots are all walkable.
For lessons we are partnered with Lagido surf house a high-quality surf school and we can arrange private or small group classes for you. The school is co-run by good friend Guiherme Salvador who will make sure you get the best tuition as well as having an excellent time in the water.

I had the best time at Pipe! The location was great, small village where you can encounter with the locals and the nature, yet it’s really close to the beach, great surf locations, bars and cafes. One of the best parts of my stay was the feeling of community at Pipe - we would cook together, go for walks, yoga, play board games, surf, have drinks, dinners etc. The hosts at Pipe are super welcoming! This was my first time working in a coliving place and definitely not the last! I’ll be back! 😊

Pipedream is the perfect place to work remotely and surf!! Paul and the team have created an amazing atmosphere that feels like a home. There is excellent internet and good vibes! Everyone I met here was open minded and great fun to go surfing with or just hang out with when not working, I learnt a lot and made some great friends. Initially I booked for just 2 weeks but ended up staying for 2.5 months, and for sure I'll be back next year! Keep the (pipe) dream alive! :D

5 STAR! Absolutely amazing facilities, everything you need to work remotely with good realiable internet and spacious well furnished working space options that are clean, tidy and well maintained. The hosts are fantastic, helpful, friendly and socialble. They are extremly welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and they will help you connect with the local groups instantly with regular BBQs, dinner meet-ups, not to forget the morning coffee after a surf session. Location wise, fairly central and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants or surounding shops. Their connections to the local surf instructors and restuarants, gaurentee you will have the best time. Not only is Pipedream lush, but it is small enough to offer privacy (peace/quite when needed), yet it is big and connected enough to the comunity if you crave social interaction or a pub quiz. Again, 5 Star facilities, you will not be dissapointed.

We're located in Ferrel, Peniche. It's a 1 hour and 1-minute drive from Lisbon airport, which makes it an easy place to reach for bigger groups and teams as well. A rental car is useful to get the most out of everything, including day trips to Ericeira or Lisbon, but Baleal, Lagide and the local spots are all walkable.
